Do tego doliczamy koszt zużytej energii elektrycznej wg wskazania licznika (1 PLN/kW) i ewentualnie spalonego naszego drewna do kominka (35 PLN/worek). Obowiązuje także opłata klimatyczna 2 PLN/osb./dzień
W przypadku wynajęcia domu poniżej 6 dni doliczamy jeszcze koszty sprzątania 400  PLN. Na terenie posesji mogą parkować 2 samochody.
Realizujemy pobyty minimum 5 dniowe (nie dotyczy weekendów świątecznych). W dniu przyjazdu pobierana jest pozostała kwota i kaucja zabezpieczająca ( zwrotna w dniu wyjazdu) w wysokości 500 zł ( na wypadek ewentualnych powstałych szkód).

Zusätzlich berechnen wir die Kosten für verbrauchten Strom nach Zählerstand ( 1PLN/kW) und eventuell unser verbranntes Holz für den Kamin (35 PLN pro Sack). Es gibt außerdem eine Kurtaxe in Höhe von 2 PLN/Person/Tag .  Bei der Vermietung des Hauses unter 6 Tage berechnen wir zusätzlich die Reinigungskosten von 300PLN. Wir bieten die Aufenthalte für mindestens 5 Tage an (es betrifft nicht die Feiertagswochenenden). Die Abrechnung des Restbetrags am Tag der Ankunft. Die rückzahlbare Kaution von 500zl zahlbar in bar am Tag der Anreise. Auf dem Gelände des Hauses gibt es Rauchverbot.
Der Hoteltag: ab 15 bis 10 Uhr.  Die Basis für die Reservierung ist die Einzahlung des Vorschusses in Höhe von 20% des Preises.
Ganzes Gelände ist eingezäunt, auf ihm gibt es den Parkplatz für 2 Autos (das Tor mit einem Vorhängeschloss verschlossen). Die Möglichkeit der Ankunft mit den Tieren.
 
To this we add the cost of electricity used according to the meter reading (PLN 1/kW) and possibly our burnt wood for the fireplace (PLN 35/bag). A climate fee of PLN 2/person/day also applies. In case of a rental period shorter than 6 days we also surcharge a cleaning fee of 300 PLN.
We offer stays of a minimum of 5 days (does not apply to Holiday weekends). Check in at 15:00, check out at 10:00. To reserve a stay we require a 20% deposit.
The rest of the amount is to be paid on the day of your arrival . A refundable deposit of 500 PLN paid on the day of your arrival in cash.
