Serdecznie zapraszam Państwa do spędzenia tegorocznych wakacji nad polskim morzem, w domu wolnostojącym z ogrodem, położonym w miejscowości Łukęcin k. Pobierowa. Jest to szczególne miejsce dla osób które pragną ciszy i spokoju oraz bliskości przyrody, wspaniałe miejsce dla rodzinnego wypoczynku.
Do wynajęcia oferujemy całoroczny dom o powierzchni ok. 100 m2, położony przy ulicy Spacerowej 2s, w otoczeniu sosnowego lasu. Dom jest dwupoziomowy w tym roku wykończony, umeblowany w taki sposób aby wygodnie i miło spędzić w nim czas. Przeznaczony dla 6 osób, opcjonalnie 8.
Parter:
- Salon (pokój dzienny) wyposażony w komplet wypoczynkowy (rozkładana, dwuosobowa kanapa), stół drewniany z krzesłami, telewizor z odbiorem satelitarnym, mini wieża z możliwością odtwarzania DVD oraz piec wolnostojący.
- Kuchnia, która jest kompletnie umeblowana i wyposażona: lodówka z zamrażarką, płyta grzewcza, zmywarka,  ekspres do kawy, czajnik, opiekacz grilowy, kuchenka mikrofalowa, garnki, patelnie, talerze, sztućce, środki czystości, itp.
- Łazienka z prysznicem.
I piętro:
3 sypialnie 2 osobowe, wygodnie wyposażone i mniejsza łazienka (umywalka, wc, pralka, kącik do prasowania, żelasko).

Pościel i środki czystościowe wliczone w cenę. Do dyspozycji gości parawan plażowy, grill węglowy.
Z salonu wyjście na taras. Cały teren o powierzchni 200 m2 jest ogrodzony, a na nim znajduje się miejsce postojowe przeznaczone dla dwóch samochodów (brama zamykana na kłódkę).
W obiekcie obowiązuje zakaz palenia.  Można przyjeżdżać ze zwierzętami.

Po przeciwnej stronie ulicy umiejscowiony jest dobrze wyposażony i ogrodzony plac zabaw a w dalszej części nowo urządzona mini siłownia na wolnym powietrzu.
Prezentowaną Państwu nieruchomość cechuje bardzo dobre położenie. Do plaży ok. 700 m, 5 minutowy spacer poprzez przepiękny sosnowy las.

ich lade Sie herzlich zum Verbringen der Ferien am polnischen Meer ein, in freistehendem Haus mit Garten, gelegen in der Ortschaft Lüchentin bei Pobierowo. Das ist besonderer Ort für Menschen, die Stille, Ruhe und Nähe der Natur suchen, ausgezeichneter Ort für Familienerholung.Zur Vermietung bieten wir ganzjähriges Haus von der Fläche von 100m2 an, auf der Spacerowa Straße 2s, in der Umgebung des Kiefernwald. Das Haus ist zweistöckig, in diesem Jahr fertiggestellt, so möbliert, um bequem und angenehm die Zeit in ihm zu verbringen. Es ist für 6 Personen bestimmt, optional für 8.

Das Erdgeschoss:

- Salon (Wohnzimmer), ausgestattet mit ausklappbarer Couch für 2 Personen, Holztisch mit Stühlen, Satelliten-TV, Mini-Turm mit DVD-Wiedergabefunktion und freistehender Ofen

- Küche, komplett möbliert und ausgestattet: Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Heizplatte, Geschirrspülmaschine, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Grill-Toaster, Mikrowelle, Töpfe, Bratpfannen, Teller, Besteck, Reinigungsprodukte

- Badezimmer mit Dusche

Erste Etage:3 Schlafzimmer für 2 Personen, bequem ausgestattet und kleineres Badezimmer (Waschbecken, Toilette, Waschmaschine, Bügelecke)Vom Salon Ausgang auf die Terrasse.Ganzes Gelände von der Fläche von 200m2 ist eingezäunt, auf ihm gibt es den Parkplatz für 2 Autos (das Tor mit einem Vorhängeschloss verschlossen). 

Bettwäsche und Reinigungsmittel sind im Preis inbegriffen. Strand Bildschirm und ein Grill sind vorhanden.

Die Möglichkeit der Ankunft mit den Tieren.Auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite befindet sich ein gut ausgestatteter und eingezäunter Spielplatz und im weiteren Teil neu eingerichtetes Mini Fitness im Freien.Das präsentierte Objekt zeichnet sich durch sehr gute Lage aus. Zum Strand gibt es nur  700 m, der Spaziergang von 5 Minuten durch wunderschönen Kiefernwald.In der Nähe der Spacerowa Straße gibt es die Cafes, Gastronomie, Lebensmittelgeschäfte, Verleih der Fahrräder. Die Gegend ist still, ruhig und sicher.Wir bieten die Aufenthalte für mindestens 5 Tage an (es betrifft nicht die Feiertagswochenenden).Der Hoteltag: ab 15 bis 10 Uhr.Die Basis für die Reservierung ist die Einzahlung des Vorschusses in Höhe von 20% des Preises.Die Abrechnung des Restbetrags am Tag der Ankunft. spend your vacations this year at the Polish seaside in a detached house with a garden located in the town of Łukęcin near Pobierowo. It is a great place for those that wish for a bit of peace and tranquillity as well as proximity to nature, a perfect place for a family relaxation.

We also offer a rental of a house with a surface area of 100 m2 available throughout the year, located on Spacerowa 2s street, surrounded by a pine forest. The house has two storeys and has been finished this year, it is furnished in a way to make it very comfortable and pleasant to spend time in. It is perfect for 6 people with an option for 8 people to stay in it.
The ground floor:
- A living room (a day room) equipped with a lounging set (a foldable, double couch), a
wooden table with chairs, a TV set with a satellite receiver, a mini stereo with the ability to play DVDs as well as an independent stove.
- A kitchen which is completely painted and equipped with: a fridge with a freezer, an induction board, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, a microwave, pots, pans, plates, cutlery, cleaning supplies and so on
- A bathroom with a shower.
First floor:
3 comfortable double bedrooms and a smaller bathroom (a sink, a toilet, a washing machine and an ironing corner). An exit to the terrace from the living room.

The whole grounds with a surface area of 200 m2 is fenced. In it there are parking spaces for two cars (the gate is locked with a padlock). Bedding and cleaning products included.
The ability to come with your pets. 
On the other side of the street there is a well-equipped fenced playground and a bit further there is a new mini outside gym.
The location of the resort is excellent. The beach is located about 700 m away, or a 5 minute walk away through a beautiful pine forest. Near Spacerowa street there are coffee shops, places where you can grab a bite to eat, grocery stores, bicycle rentals and so on. The area is quiet, tranquil and safe.
We offer stays of a minimum of 5 days (does not apply to Holiday weekends). 
Check in at 15:00, check out at 10:00. To reserve a stay we require a 20% deposit. The rest of the amount is to be paid on the day of your arrival . A refundable deposit of 500 PLN paid on the day of your arrival in cash. On the grounds of the house there is a smoking ban.
The town of Łukęcin is located between Pobierowo and Dziwnów, 13 km from Kamień Pomorski and 50 from Świnoujście and Kołobrzeg.
